FinBee understands the needs of investors to maximize the financial returns. It is our undertaking to find creditworthy customers, verify the ability-to-pay solvency, and monitor risk management processes.

Who can get a credit:

We accept only applications which pass creditworthiness criteria set by national bank. Borrowers must comply with the following requirements:

  • The loan can not exceed 40 % of the borrower’s fixed income
  • Welfare/allowance payments are not considered as income
  • Clients must be over 18 years old

How to manage the risk:

Our employees have a proven record of long-term credit risk assessment and management experience in various financial institutions. We developed credit risk assessment model based on different risk criteria such as age, gender, salary, income type, employment history, education, number of dependents and the record of how borrowers meet their financial obligations.
It is important to mention that every borrower signs a contract with FinBee in writing by providing a valid identity document at the moment of signing. The purpose of this face-to-face process is to ensure true identity and to avoid fraudulence.

After submitting an application, the approval process takes up to 24 hours. We want our clients not to make impulsive decisions, assess the risks and the conditions of the loan.

Personal responsibility

Crowdfunding and Peer-to- Peer (P2P) lending are vulnerable to the investment risks as are other financial instruments. Before investing into unsecured loans, you must evaluate your personal and family finances as well as your business financial situation, investment experience, knowledge/literacy and estimation of risks. If you believe that something is unclear about the risks that are involved, consider having a discussion about it with specialists.

Investments made via platform do not fall under the protection of Law On Deposits and Liabilities for The Investors of the Republic of Lithuania. Also there is no guarantee that a borrower will meet his financial obligations (pay on time). This is why investors who are investing through P2P platforms take all of the risks which are involved with their investment decisions. Here are the risks which you can face: full or partial loss of the invested sum, profit loss and financial liquidity risk.

FinBee does not take the responsibility for any losses that investors may have, but in every possible way try to assure investors fund’s security and positive returns from investments.

Liquidity risk – the risk that investors might not be able to sell/liquidate investments as fast as possible, or when they cannot sell their investments for a while. The possibility to sell investments depends on their liquidity in secondary market.
